In this role, I created more than 50 learning programs for employees and hundreds of hours of training for external clients. I designed and developed custom e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. I conducted thorough instructional analysis to ensure alignment with learning objectives and implemented gamification strategies to enhance learner engagement. In this role, I estimated project effort and ensured timely, on-budget completion with high quality. I facilitated design meetings, train-the-trainer sessions, and training events. As needed, I conducted interviews, hired, onboarded, and trained permanent employees and contractors for the internal learning organization.
